Yes, there are seating options (benches, walls) at various along the Agatha Christie and Fawlty Towers routes. But these are less frequent for the other walking routes.
The routes used for For both the Agatha Christie tour and Fawlty Tours experience are flat, paved and steps can be avoided. The other tours include steps and the terrain is uneven, so these are not suitable for guests with walking disabilities.

It’s very rare to cancel a tour. The first option is to offer a new date or time. If this doesn’t work for our guest, then a full refund will be arranged if payment has been made.
If a guest cancels their tour, at least 12 hours notice must be given to receive a full refund. No refund will be made if less than 12 hours notice is provided.

Yes, well behaved dogs on short leads for the duration of the walk are permitted.
Yes - the Agatha Christie and Fawlty Towers tours are both paved and flat. There are a few steps, but they can be avoided if required. We walk at a steady pace to make the experience as comfortable as possible.
