Yes, there are seating options (benches, walls) at various points along the Agatha Christie and Fawlty Tours routes. But these are less frequent for the other walking routes.
The routes used for for both the Agatha Christie tour and Fawlty Tours are flat, paved and steps can be avoided. The other tours include steps and the terrain is uneven, so these are not suitable for guests with walking disabilities.

Comfortable walking shoes are essential. Check the weather forecast and dress appropriately – there’s no such thing as bad weather!
It’s preferable you bring your own food and drink, or purchase from shops during the tour.
Yes, there are public toilets on all walks at the start, finish and at half way on the Agatha and Fawlty Tours routes
The minimum number is 1 and the maximum is about 30.
If you have booked to join a walking tour, but are unable to attend, you must inform your booking provider (eg Trip Advisor or Get Your Guide) and give at least 24 hours notice to receive a refund.

It’s very rare we cancel a tour. Should this happen, we will offer a new date or time. If this option is not convenient, we will inform your booking provider and they will arrange a refund. If you booked directly with English Riviera walking tours, there is no refund as you have not made a payment.
Yes. All walks must be pre-booked either using the on-line booking form, or email: guide@englishrivierawalkingtours.co.uk or call: 07414 777 606.
Cash or credit card are accepted – payment should be made to the tour guide on the day.
Torquay Marina (TQ2 5EQ), Fleet walk (TQ2 5EA) and Beacon Quay (TQ1 2BG)
For the Babbacombe’s Tales of the Unexpected walk use Princes Street (TQ1 3LW), Walls Hill Road (TQ1 3LZ) and St Marychurch (TQ1 3LA)
The tours are intended to be educational and entertaining. They’re more likely to be appreciated by children at secondary school. Children aged 16 and under can join the tour providing they’re accompanied by an adult.
Yes, well behaved dogs on short leads for the duration of the walk are permitted.
Yes - the Agatha Christie and Fawlty Tours routes are both paved and flat. There are a few steps, but they can be avoided if required. We walk at a steady pace to make the experience as comfortable as possible.
