This circular walk meets outside The English Riviera Tourist Information Office in Vaughan Parade, Torquay TQ2 5JG. See photo

The walk takes us past the Pavilion, along Princess Gardens and Princess Pier, towards The Grand Hotel and Torquay station, before returning via Torre Abbey, over Rock Walk and around the harbour, finishing at Haldon Pier.

 

For every walker that join us, £1.00 will be donated to the South West Coast Path in support of their efforts in maintaining this wonderful route.

Walk FAQ's

Yes….please email: [email protected] or call 07414 777 606 with details of where and when you’d like to walk and we’ll aim to fulfil your requirements. Currently, the group size is limited to a maximum of 4 people.

Comfortable walking shoes are essential. Check the weather forecast and dress appropriately.

It’s preferable you bring your own food and drink, or purchase from shops during the tour.

Yes…..there are public toilets on all walks, although some may be closed due to Covid 19.

The minimum number is 1 and the maximum is 8 (currently).

If you have booked and the walk is cancelled, we will call to advise and arrange a new date/time.

Yes. All walks must be pre-booked either using the on-line booking form, or email: [email protected] or call: 07414 777 606. Numbers will be limited to a maximum of 8 people.

Cash or credit card are accepted – payment should be made to the tour guide on the day.

Torquay Marina (TQ2 5EQ), Fleet walk (TQ2 5EA) and Beacon Quay (TQ1 2BG)
For Best of Babbacombe walk only; Princes Street (TQ1 3LW), Walls Hill Road (TQ1 3LZ) and St Marychurch (TQ1 3LA)

The tours are intended to be educational and entertaining. They’re more likely to be appreciated by children at secondary school. Children aged 16 and under can join the tour providing they’re accompanied by an adult.

Yes, providing your dog remains on a lead for the duration of the walk.
