This walk meets outside The English Riviera Tourist Information Office in Vaughan Parade, Torquay TQ2 5JG. See photo
The route follows the sea front to the Grand Hotel, before returning via Torre Station, Torre Abbey via the harbour and Imperial Hotel.
For every walker that join us, £1.00 will be donated to the South West Coast Path in support of their efforts in maintaining this wonderful route.

I took the Timeless Torquay tour with Graham today. Any expectations I had were exceeded by the wonderful tour experience he provided (even organising perfect weather..!).
I work in... read more tourism and can say with confidence that Graham is a top-notch guide. He was pleasant company, and shared lots of fun, interesting, and unusual facts as well as giving great tips for places to eat etc.
The tour was comprehensive, but unhurried, and has whetted my appetite for more.
I'd been to Torquay several times before but really saw it in a new light this time. I hope the tourism authorities will utilise his knowledge and passion for the place and its history to help promote it to new markets.
In the meantime, if you're in Torquay - do take one of his tours. It will be a couple of hours well spent..!

My wife and I chose to do the Beauty of the Bay walk with Graham. It was a great introduction to the Bay. It is hilly in some places but... read more certainly manageable for most. The views were amazing but more importantly, Graham was fantastic. Highly knowledgeable including Agatha Christie and the second world war. It was so interesting that straight after the walk, we went to Torquay museum.
At £10 per person, it is great value for money and Graham also offers various other walks.
I cannot recommend Graham highly enough. He was a complete professional but also relaxed. My wife and I learnt a lot and really did discover the beauty of the Bay with some incredible views. It was worth every single penny!

We did tour at the start of our holiday and Graham went out of his way to give us ideas of things to do and places to eat. It is a must for visitors to Torquay and I would highly recommend.
A fantastic tour by Graham - he was so knowledgeable and his attention to detail was impressive. It was full of interesting and quirky facts and the treasure hunt for... read more the kids was a nice touch, which our 9 year old in particular enjoyed. As locals we were amazed by how many historical facts we didn't know and astounded by how much history there is on our doorstep.
The circular tour was enhanced by Graham's use of a tablet to show us photos and videos of places and buildings in their heyday.
We are a family of four (children aged 9 and 13) plus a dog and we all really enjoyed our afternoon which the drizzly weather didn't spoil. We'll certainly try one of his other tours soon.
We would definitely recommend English Riviera Walking Tours for people of any age - tourists and locals alike.

The tour lasted for nearly 3 hours and Graham's passion made it fly by (with the help of a delicious authentic ice-cream stop along the way).
